We believe a safe, well-maintained home is the foundation for a good life. Our housing team works alongside people with learning disabilities and autistic people to make sure the place they live truly feels like home.
We provide housing management services in partnership with housing associations such as London & Quadrant, Hyde, and Sanctuary. In some settings, we act as a third-party managing agent, delivering housing support while a separate organisation provides care.
Our team supports tenants with everything from tenancy sign-ups and rent queries to arranging repairs and ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well looked after. We carry out regular property visits, issue accessible tenancy documents, and always make time to listen and respond to what people need.
We also offer an easy read housing handbook, accessible letters, and regular newsletters to keep tenants informed and involved.
