Leemore is a fully accessible space in Lewisham, Southeast London. We take the time to understand each person and build support around them.
There’s something for everyone. People can get creative with arts and crafts, utilise our dedicated sensory space (with calming lights, music and textures), or take part in beauty sessions like nail painting, massage and foot spas. We run communication skills groups using signing and visual aids, wheelchair-friendly dance classes, and accessible games that encourage movement and fun.
For those who need more physical support, we offer physiotherapy sessions using specialist equipment, guided by trained staff. These sessions are designed to support mobility, comfort and confidence.
It’s not just about what happens inside the centre. We support people to get out and about too- visiting parks, museums, going bowling, and taking part in volunteering in the local area.
Whether someone wants a quiet day, a bit of fun, or to build new skills, we support them to spend their day in a way that works for them.
Our Bromley day service supports young adults to build everyday life skills and prepare for the future. It’s a small, friendly service with a dedicated staff team who are there to support each person to live their best life.
The focus is on learning skills to grow in confidence and live more independently. This includes writing a CV, preparing for job interviews, understanding how to stay healthy, and learning how to manage a home- cooking, cleaning, shopping and more. We also run sessions on building relationships and understanding your rights as a citizen, including registering to vote and making informed choices during elections.
It’s a space where people can try new things and build the tools they need to take their next steps in life, whatever those might be.
