This strategy is about building on everything we’ve already achieved and setting clear ambitions for where we’re going next. It reflects our values, our vision, and, most importantly, the voices of the people at the heart of our work.
We asked ourselves: what do we want the next three years to look like? What do we need to keep doing, and what needs to change?
The result is a strategy that focuses on five key ambitions:
- Quality & excellence- continuing to deliver services shaped by the people we support, with their needs always at the centre.
- Growth- expanding what we do well and developing new, specialist services to meet the needs of more people and communities.
- Inclusion- making sure every voice is heard and valued, and ensuring people remain involved in shaping the support they receive.
- Financial stability- growing in a planned, sustainable way so we can keep delivering outstanding support long into the future.
- Reputation & voice- raising our profile and amplifying the voices of the people we support to become leaders in our field.
It also reaffirms what we believe in: that everyone’s story matters, and everyone should be supported to live the life they choose.
We’re excited to move forward as EveryStory. A new name. A new chapter. And a clear vision for the future.
