Impact Report 2024-25

This past year has been one of huge change across the organisation. We’ve introduced a new leadership structure, strengthened our partnerships, streamlined our ways of working, and set out a new strategy built around five key ambitions. Throughout this our focus has remained the same: putting people first.

This report highlights the hard work, dedication, and genuine commitment of our teams, who continue to create spaces where people are valued, supported, and free to be themselves. One of the most powerful examples of this is Suzanne’s story. Just a year ago, she rarely left the house, but with steady encouragement and person-centred support, she’s now trying new things and building confidence in her everyday life. Stories like hers remind us why our mission matters.

As we move into a new chapter with a new name and vision, we remain determined to build on the progress we’ve made. Our strategy sets a clear direction for quality, inclusion, growth, financial stability, and strengthening our voice, with the goal of making life better for the people we support.
