A Waking Night Support Worker plays a vital role in helping people feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night.

During the quieter hours, you’ll be there to provide reassurance, respond when support is needed, and make sure people’s individual support plans are followed. This could include carrying out checks, supporting people with their night-time routines, helping people feel comfortable, and recognising when someone may need extra support.

You’ll help create a calm environment where people can rest well, while also help keep the house running smoothly.

Our waking night teams provide consistent, person-led support for people, ensuring they are treated with dignity, respect and kindness at all times.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a meaningful difference, build relationships and be part of a team that helps people live good lives, this could be the opportunity for you.
