We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee multiple supported living services supporting adults with learning disabilities and autistic people in South East London. 

The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, inclusion, and meaningful outcomes.

 You will lead on service performance, quality standards, staff development, resource management, and collaborative working with families, professionals, and stakeholders. 

Key responsibilities include:

 • Leading and developing staff teams, setting clear objectives and promoting a culture of learning

 • Recruiting, supervising, and mentoring staff to deliver consistent, person-centred practice

 • Ensuring effective support planning, regular reviews and quality audits across services 

• Working with individuals, families, advocates and professionals to deliver outcome-focused support 

• Managing budgets and resources to meet changing needs 

• Contributing to organisational strategy, policy development and new service growth 

• Representing the organisation positively and ensuring compliance with policies, safeguarding and health & safety 

 

Includes occasional evening/weekend work, travel and participation in an on-call rota.

Salary

£40,005 per annum
