1 Full-Time position (37.5 hours per week)
1 Part-Time position (20 hours per week)
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Support the management of tenant referrals and allocations, working with local authorities, support providers and other partners.
- Assist tenants to understand their tenancy agreements, rights and responsibilities.
- Help monitor rent accounts, support benefit applications and contribute to reducing rent arrears.
- Carry out regular property inspections and report any issues identified.
- Assist with health and safety checks, risk assessments and compliance monitoring.
- Report repairs, liaise with contractors and help monitor works to completion.
- Support tenants to maintain their homes and communal areas.
- Maintain accurate housing records and ensure information is accessible and up to date.
- Complete monitoring forms, reports and other administrative tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, tenants and external partners to deliver a high-quality housing service.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the Housing Manager.
Salary
£26,000 per annum (Full Time, 37.5 hours per week) £13,867 per annum pro rata (Part Time, 20 hours per week)
