As part of our Housing team, you’ll manage tenancies on behalf of a registered landlord and support residents to live safely and independently. The role combines remote work, office time, and regular property visits.
Key duties include:
- Managing tenant referrals with local authorities and partners
- Supporting tenants to understand their tenancy rights and responsibilities
- Preparing rent schedules, preventing arrears, and coordinating annual reviews
- Conducting monthly inspections, safety checks and risk assessments
- Reporting and monitoring repairs
- Keeping accurate housing records and completing required reports
- Helping tenants budget and maintain their homes
What you’ll need:
- At least 1 year’s experience as a Housing Officer
- Knowledge of housing law and tenancy processes
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Salary
£32,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
